Children get lots of touches and practice a different topic each week, they all develop their fundamental movements by playing tag games to improve agility, balance, coordination and speed. The session also includes 1v1’s or overloaded practices before the matches where we always aim to play a maximum of 4v4. This massively increases the number of touches the kids get and helps the children learn the basic concepts of the game.
Our multi sports sessions aim to develop a healthy lifestyle for young children in a fun environment learning new skills, coordination, physical fitness.
